I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Organizational and Innovation Management at Kazimieras Simonavičius University in Vilnius, and overall my experience has been positive so far.
The program offers a modern curriculum that focuses on innovation, management theories, and practical business applications. Some courses are particularly interesting and relevant, especially for students who want to build a career in business or pursue further academic research such as a PhD. The professors are generally knowledgeable and supportive, and they encourage discussions and critical thinking in class.
One of the good aspects of studying here is the international environment. As an international student, I found the university to be welcoming, and it provides a comfortable atmosphere for students from different backgrounds.
However, there are also some areas that could be improved. The job market in Lithuania can be challenging for international students, especially when it comes to part-time opportunities. Additionally, some administrative processes can be slow at times, and more career support services would be helpful for students.
Overall, I would recommend this university to students who are interested in studying management and innovation in a European setting. It is a good option for academic growth, but students should be prepared to be proactive when it comes to job searching and career development.
