The quality of education at the Latvia University of Agriculture is really good. All the staffs and teachers are highly qualified and supportive at the same time. The international department of the university is really helpful and supportive.

This university is located in a small and beautiful town called Jelgava which is 40 km away from the capital of Latvia – Riga. I had an amazing opportunity to study in the Jelgava Palace – a historical architectural monument designed by Rastrelli in 1772. The only thing I disliked is that studies are more theoretical than practical. It would be great to listen to young foreign lecturers more often during our classes because 90% of university’s staff are lecturers in their 50ies.
