Joining the University of Nairobi was a dream come true for me. Initially, I anticipated a smooth sailing journey, but reality proved otherwise. Settling in posed some challenges. However, beyond those initial hurdles, my experience has been incredibly positive.
What I love most about the university is the abundance of opportunities it offers. The diverse cultures present on campus create a rich tapestry of experiences. Moreover, the university’s emphasis on cultivating a strong reading culture is commendable. It fosters an environment conducive to learning and growth.
The vibrant community at the University of Nairobi is another aspect that I cherish. There are a lot of extracurricular activities to engage in, ensuring that students have a well-rounded experience. Overall, my time here has been one of the best experiences, and I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to pursue my studies.
View moreThe university is in the central business district and attracts all types of students in the country and globally. We, students, are happy for the fact that we get to access the university easily. The staff and lecturers here are the best as they ensure we are always engaged in our studies and that we relate well with them. The campus is among the best universities in the country. I highly rank this university and feel free to join us for higher learning studies.
View moreFor me personally, I would say the quality of education in the institution has generally dropped. This used to be the best university in Kenya from all the records read but I don’t feel it is and that’s in regard with how the lectures are offered. There is too much emphasis on theory and the seriousness in practicals isn’t much emphasized. I feel there will be a big gap if this isn’t bridged anytime soon
