I don’t give 5 stars because there are some things to improve (more study spaces and a canteen) but overall I am satisfied. The teachers are very competent and available, initiatives and seminars are often held to broaden our knowledge on various topics related to the course of study.

The thing I like best about this university is the fact that it always keeps up to date on languages and tries to give everyone the opportunity to study different and original languages too. In addition, the teachers are highly trained and meet the students.

The educational offer of this University includes four types of three-year degree courses and two master’s degrees. The teachers, famous throughout Italy for their significant contributions to linguistics, are able to stimulate us students and clearly explain the topics being examined. Furthermore, the fact that the university is small makes it easy for students and between students and teachers to compare notes in the classroom, and ensures that professors and administrative staff are always available for clarifications regarding the study plan and exam programs . If you are looking for a place to study linguistics and acquire the necessary skills to work there later, even abroad, this university is definitely for you.

At Unistrasi you can choose between different curriculum, I personally undertook linguistic and cultural mediation. The great thing is that the program provides you with a lot of different subjects that let you have knowledge in various fields, like anthropology, pedagogy, literature and law. About the study of languages, I honestly would have preferred to do some laboratory activities devoted to mediation, but if you like to learn the structure of a language through the analysis of different types of texts, movies or important literary works, Unistrasi would be great fo you!
