I recently just finished my three year degree in Communications. The first year I was mostly remote and the university provided both online classes and pre-recorded lectures, with a lot of course material to study from.
Both the second and third year were organized in blended mode, classes could be attended both in person (with previous booking) or online.
Aside from a few professors, the exams were mostly balanced with the course material and lessons.
