As a first year Masters in International Management student, the global perspective, abundant learning opportunities and networking opportunities were the main aspects that drew me towards pursing my studies at Bocconi. And Bocconi has delivered in full on these promises.

In my classes I have really valued the more application based approach which centres around collaboration with peers from around the world. There are also so many opportunities for learning outside the classroom through supplementary activities, societies, guest lectures and other events hosted by the university!

Bocconi has been an amazing journey for me, filled with growth and opportunities, both on a professional and personal level. The professors teaching the International Management Master’s are of really high quality and they were able to transfer some much “knowledge that matters”, thanks also to the many teamworking experiences during the course. Bocconi also allowed me to experience a double degree program with ESADE, which taught me a lot both in terms of professional development, as well as allowing me to expand my network of international students even further. Overall, Bocconi unleashed plenty of opportunities I could not foresee before joining the university and that I’m really grateful for and excited to dive into.

The workload is really heavy, but that’s the only way to prepare students for the job market. Bocconi offers also many services to help students kick off their careers. Overall, Bocconi University Masters Degree is the best option for ambitious students and the best choice among Italian and maybe European universities.

Bocconi University offers an exceptional educational experience, one that I can attest to as a student studying in their Master of Science in International Management programme. The program provides a strong academic foundation in global business practices, while also putting into practice the theory learnt. One of Bocconi’s standout features is its robust networking opportunities, with frequent events, guest lectures, and corporate partnerships that connect students with industry leaders worldwide. The Bocconi Graduate School is one of the top and most well-known business schools in Europe. As a current IM(Master in International Management) student, I strongly recommend it to people who enjoy studying or working in a competitive and international environment. 

The program structure is well designed. What I like the most are its balanced workload and various extracurricular activities. Normally, there are 4 master classes every week, each of which lasts for 4 hours. For the rest of the week, the school provides different kinds of extracurricular activities such as language classes, cultural studies, or even python training courses. Since this is only my first semester, I believe there is more that has yet to come.

At Bocconi, you will not be forced to follow boring study plans, but rather will be encouraged to reach your full potential. Come to Bocconi and join us!

The quality of the courses is good but the choices of subjects are limited and some of them have very little practical usefulness. For example, HR, M&A and commercial law are taught in a really qualitative way and these courses dont add value to your knowledge when you work

The University has a strong focus on research and mainly in finance and economics. It doesn’t have a lot of diversity, 80% of students are Italian, 15% germans and the other 5% comes from other countries. Bocconi has a high quality standard so exams are hard and competitive but they are highly theoretical so you have to read a lot and memorise much of the info.
