Academics at MIB Trieste School of Management
MIB offers MBA and Masters Programs, Executive Education and Training, Masters for Companies and Custom Programs for Companies. Lessons throughout the Programs are delivered by both internal and external instructors. Experienced managers, entrepreneurs and graduates, who come back to share their experiences, are among the team of instructors that pass their professional knowledge onto students.
Campus & Student Life
MIB’s campus is located in Trieste, Italy. Trieste is a city on the sea with wonderful architecture and offers a high quality of life. The city has everything students might need from food to entertainment, including cafes, museums, theatres, palaces, churches, mosques, book shops and a lot more. The city provides students with many opportunities to stay fit by doing different sports. Trieste is very much dedicated to research with its 30 research and training centres as well as 10,400 researchers and trainers.
MIB has its own library, a computer lab and classrooms where students can study should they choose to do so at the School’s campus. The campus also has an excellent cafeteria and a living room equipped with tables and a microwave where students could socialize in their lunchtime.
51% of the members of MIB’s student community in Masters Programs are international students, which creates an international environment on campus.
Career & Alumni
Students who wish to pursue a career in Trieste will be happy to hear that there are nearly 20,000 employment positions. The city has gained strength specifically in the insurance sector. As the largest coffee producer in the Mediterranean, the coffee business there is led by large companies, which students can make connections with and possibly find employment at.
MIB has 3,100 graduates around the world coming from more than 90 countries. The Alumni Association of the School was established in 2005. It allows graduates to maintain their connections and creates networking opportunities for all of its members.
