I am a doctorate student at the University of Tehran, I’ve found it to be an intellectually stimulating and supportive environment. The faculty members are knowledgeable and often accessible, which has significantly enhanced my learning experience. The campus has a vibrant atmosphere, especially during protests advocating for social justice, where students come together to voice their concerns. However, recent political tensions have made some students hesitant to speak openly about sensitive topics. The student organizations are active, promoting various cultural and social events that foster a sense of community. Despite the challenges, I appreciate the diversity of perspectives and the friendships I’ve formed. The university offers excellent libraries and research facilities that encourage deep exploration of our subjects. Overall, I feel well-prepared for my future, both academically and socially.
