We have a saying: “Aku, Kamu, Kita, Salam Satu Unpad!”
I’ve made so many friends from different backgrounds—whether from the same major, faculty, or even across the university. I truly enjoy building relationships with people from various walks of life; it’s given me life experiences I never even asked for, but deeply value. No one ever made anyone feel different or left out, which made it easy for me to blend into new circles of friends without ever feeling behind.
Unpad is the right place for anyone looking to discover themselves, grow, and go through a meaningful process of becoming.
What I don’t like about Unpad is that the student facilities are still lacking—like the lighting around campus roads, and the fact that the campus is located on a national highway, so there are often large trucks passing by.
But overall, I still highly recommend Unpad for anyone seeking a balanced student life, because Unpad values both education and social interaction equally.

During my bachelor’s program at Padjadjaran University, I appreciated the quality of their academic staff, as my lecturers provided valuable insights. This university also frequently organized workshops and webinars that were highly beneficial for students. However, the university often shared important information at the last minute.

Padjadjaran University is one of favorite university in my country. I’m Pharmacist Profession from Padjadjaran University. I study for 5 years (2011-2016). Now, I’m working as a pharmacist in Pharmaceutical Distribution state owned company. I love this university because the lecturers were studied me a lot of things around the pharmacy subject. They give me experiences who another student university didn’t accept it.

Pursuing higher education is a pivotal step towards achieving success. However, numerous students encounter major mischoices, leading to disillusionment and academic stagnation. This essay aims to explore effective strategies for overcoming major mischoices and maximizing students’ potential.

1. Reflecting Initial Objectives: Students must reflect on their initial motivations for choosing their major. Was it passion, parental pressure, or economic necessity? This reflection helps students understand their motivations and expectations.

2. Exploring Activities Beyond Majors : Engaging in extracurricular activities helps students discover hidden interests and talents, considering alternative career paths.

3. Education and Certification : Pursuing relevant courses or certifications prepares students for their desired careers, demonstrating commitment and seriousness.

4. Self-Awareness : Students must recognize their strengths and weaknesses. By doing so, they focus energy on developing talents and addressing shortcomings.

Conclusion
Major mischoices need not hinder success. Through reflection, exploration, education, and self-awareness, students can overcome mistakes and achieve academic and career goals.
