Student review [#3177]
at Mataram University - Unram

I was studying in Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Mataram University from 2011-2016.
Some of the lecturers were good but few of them were too busy to teach.
The facilities were not fully supporting learning activities. The class, facilities, library seemed a bit neglected and they received a huge amount of students with a small number of classes ! (They recently have built new buildings tho)

For you who really want to widely expand your academic / professional experience here, this faculty is still on it’s early way to make relation with more stakeholders. I recommend you to find more university with higher accreditation.

However, I did enjoy my study there, it was not very strict and demanding but still, it was good, definitely suitable for me who was active in organisation and other extra activities.
The university is the leading one in the province and located in a exotic island, Lombok (sister island of Bali).
They also offer scholarship for student with high academic achievement and also students from low income family.
No regret at all 🙂
