at Gadjah Mada University - UGM

Gadjah Mada University, or Universitas Gadjah Mada, is one of the best universities in Indonesia and is located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This university has a lot of great alumni spread around the world, including the president of Indonesia, one of UGM’s alumni. I discovered how wonderful this school was after being accepted as a student at UGM, where I major in economics in the Faculty of Economics and Business. Even from the start, during the freshmen orientation, students at UGM have been trained to think critically, have open thoughts, and have incentives to broaden their knowledge. Also, they care about the student’s mental condition. The environment, however, was conducive to learning, with low living costs, adequate sports facilities, and other perks that make students here enjoy their studies. Studying here is highly recommended for any prospective student.
