In the broadcasting and journalism program the things being taught are not good enough for the students to learn and step out into the real world. The professors were underqualified and didnt have a grasp of the industry

Its a good university in india,Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), a prominent public university in Kerala, India, was established on October 2, 1983. It is known for its dedication to academic excellence and research, serving the higher education needs of Central Kerala. MGU has been recognized for its quality and has received the highest grade of “A ” by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council, as well as the prestigious Category 1 Grade from the University Grants Commission.

I pursued my Bachelor’s from ]Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) from 2002 to 2004. My time at MGU was nothing short of transformative. MGU’s curriculum and extracurricular activities helped me develop academically, personally, and professionally. Professors were approachable, knowledgeable, and encouraging.
But its examination systems need improvement. Overall I would rate MGU a 4/5.

After 12th grade, choosing the right discipline is a tough job. Here in MGU the options offered have a credit point system which in turn helps to pursue courses in colleges abroad.
The students have a flexible system nowadays. There are colleges under the university which again offers well experienced teachers and the subjects are well taught.
Whether it be curriculum based or not, the university offers a good surrounding for the student’s overall development and I personally loved every single feature.
