Mismanaged and Corrupt
This university provides access to distance learning and has made it possible for students living in rural areas to access college and earn a degree. However, the teachers are corrupt, uncaring, and careless. They mishandle submitted assignments and deliberately fail good students without checking their papers. It isn’t easy to score good marks in IGNOU, even if you are a star student. They underrate students a lot.
