Doon University is the 2nd best place in North India after JNU (New Delhi) to pursue Foreign Languages (Chinese, Japanese, German, French & English) and Designs. Doon campus consists of a pleasant environment with a lot of greenery and mountains around it. It’s basically situated on the Shivalik Ranges of Mt. Everest so no doubt about the beautiful environment around the campus area. The campus also has a cafeteria and a Tapri where one can find an ample amount of foodstuff. Hostels are so nice and the biggest thing people there are kind and cooperative and have high energy.

Doon University has 80% reservations for locals of Uttrakhand and only 20% of seats are for all India basis admissions.
