at University of Pécs

The University of Pecs (UP) is one of the oldest universities in Eastern Europe. Pecs is considered a student city; therefore, the environment is quite perfect for students and researchers. The city is cosy, and students can lead their social life quite well. The university is introducing many English courses in different faculties to attract international prospective students. The Rector’s office is quite quick to respond to queries, which is good. The university also introduced a mentorship program where new students are guided by the seniors to adjust to the new environment. Compared to other European countries, tuition fees are less in UP, thus for medical and dentistry, UP is one of the popular destinations in Europe.
