Debrecen itself is a charming city with a low cost of living, making it perfect for students on a budget. The only drawback I found was that dealing with some administrative tasks can be time-consuming, but the friendly staff usually helps resolve issues quickly. If you’re aiming for a high-quality education in Hungary, the University of Debrecen should definitely be on your list.
