At École des Ponts Business School, we believe business is a force for good, empowering individuals and organizations to create lasting impact. Our programs unite technology, innovation, sustainability, and leadership to shape agile, forward-thinking professionals ready to tackle global challenges. We embrace diversity and inclusion, knowing that the most transformative ideas emerge from different perspectives. Through immersive learning, cutting-edge research, and real-world projects, we foster bold leadership that values purpose, resilience, and responsibility. Our approach is rooted in our parent institution, École nationale des ponts et chaussées (ENPC), founded in 1747 and now part of Institut Polytechnique de Paris.
École des Ponts Business School is the business school of École nationale des ponts et chaussées, one of France’s most prestigious Grandes Écoles, founded in 1747. Created in 1987, École des Ponts Business School builds on the academic excellence and engineering heritage of École nationale des ponts et chaussées to provide management and leadership education for an international audience, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainable impact.
At École des Ponts Business School, our classrooms typically bring together more than 30 different nationalities, offering a rich diversity of cultural perspectives and professional backgrounds. This international mix is further strengthened by faculty and participants from a wide range of industries and sectors, creating a truly global and multidisciplinary learning environment that enhances collaboration, discussion, and exchange. The Executive DBA cohort 11 (2025 – 2029) is composed of participants representing five continents. The class is composed of 42.4% from Europe, 30.3% from Africa, 12.1% from Asia, 12.1% from the Middle East, and 3% from North America. The LeadTech Global Executive MBA 2023 class profile is highly international, with participants representing all major world regions. On average, the class is composed of 50% from Europe, 25% from the Middle East and Africa, 10% from Asia, 10% from South and Central America, and 5% from North America. This global diversity creates a rich learning environment shaped by multiple cultural, economic, and professional perspectives.
École des Ponts Business School actively supports women in executive education through both financial and structural measures. We offer a 32% Women Leading in a Tech World Scholarship for the Executive MBA—double the European wage gap—and a 10% Women in Governance Scholarship for the Executive DBA. These initiatives contribute to achieving 50% female representation in our cohorts, a rarity in executive programs. Our modular and hybrid formats allow women to pursue advanced education without compromising their careers or personal responsibilities. As a boutique business school, we also provide individualized flexibility and support throughout the learning experience. Beyond the curriculum, we are an active partner of the Women in Tech® Global, founded by one of our alumnae, and our extensive alumni community offers strong mentorship and peer-support opportunities. Through these efforts, we work to remove barriers and create meaningful pathways for women to lead and thrive in executive roles.
The school offers 4 flagship degree programs:
During the program myself and my cohort peers received promotions and new job opportunities. After graduation I leveled up to a new pay grade and salary consideration in the market. I spoke and presented myself like an executive and got job offers while others complained they can’t get hired. I write this as evidence that the program is giving us the right skills that are needed in the market. Since graduation my job titles have been General Manager and Executive tier. I apply my MBA knowledge each day and enjoy staying connected as an alumni, where I find many high value connections and further training.

Complete and high level courses
Professors are incredibly competent
Each event is interesting
I will recommend without hesitation this school and I am proud to be part of this big family. Thank you
I liked how the course is designed.
However there can be more engagement in terms of online classes and sessions.
We should spend more time with professors. We should be guided more as to how to make best even when we are away.
View moreEdPBS’s EDBA had been exceptional in spending 1 year on research methods tuition. We are fortunate in this area. The school is also forward-thinking in its perspective on using technology.
Continuous coaching would be good for the first year.
