University of strasbourg is one of the best french universities, ranking among worldwide top universities in chemistry, biology and law. In my personal experience, I have spent two years in this university, one as a master student and this year as a PhD student. I would say that research facilities are equipped, researchers are professional and the university is quite helpful for students. I wouldn’t improve any basic thing since the university is already greatly established.
