I WAS A SECRETARY AND GRAPHIC DESIGNER, CALL CENTER. I HAVE GOT EXPERIENCE IN MANY AREAS, THE LAST ONE IN A CLINIC AS A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST SINCE I LOVE MEDICINE AND I ASPIRE TO FINISH MY OTHER CAREER IN NURSING, BECAUSE I LOVE CHALLENGES. I AM NOT AFRAID OF CHANGES. I THINK THAT HAS HELPED ME GAIN EXPERIENCE IN OTHER AREAS.

My experience studying Respiratory Therapy at the State University of Guayaquil was truly enriching and transformative. From the first day, I felt immersed in a practical and theoretical learning environment, where the professors not only shared their vast knowledge, but also conveyed their passion for respiratory health care. Each class and practice allowed me to see the direct impact our profession has on the lives of patients.

Clinical placements were one of the most valuable aspects of my training. They allowed me to apply everything I had learned in real-life situations, working in hospitals and clinics under the supervision of experienced professionals. This helped me develop my technical skills and, above all, my ability to empathise with patients and their families.

The course was not easy, but each challenge prepared me better for the future. The moments of intense study, the long hours in the labs, and the sleepless nights were worth it when I saw how, through respiratory therapy, the quality of life of people can be improved. In addition, my classmates became like family, supporting each other every step of the way.

Without a doubt, studying at the State University of Guayaquil provided me with a solid education and left me with indelible memories that I will carry with me throughout my professional career.

I really like being able to have the opportunity to continue with my studies since it is a method of self-improvement and also to strengthen my studies by getting to know new environments and meeting people.

A year ago, I began my higher studies at the University of Guayaquil, having teachers who take their job of teaching and preparing future professionals very seriously, with optimized laboratories to carry out practices with good results.
