Studying at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice amazed me with the variety of programs and the approach of the teachers. The professors are genuinely interested in ensuring that students understand the material and are always willing to help outside of class. The university campus is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and offers a peaceful environment for studying. It is also great that the campus is modernly equipped, from laboratories to the library, which has a huge amount of materials. The city of České Budějovice is also an ideal student city – not only is it historic and beautiful, but it also offers many opportunities for cultural and social activities. Another advantage is the university’s connections with foreign countries, thanks to which I was able to participate in interesting exchange programs. Overall, studying here completely exceeded my expectations.
