I studied at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and my experience had both good and not-so-good sides.
What I liked: The university offers very flexible schedules, which makes it easier to combine studies with work or personal life. Some professors were excellent — really well-prepared and supportive — and I truly enjoyed those classes. The atmosphere is also good, since you get to meet people from different backgrounds and make valuable connections.
What I didn’t like as much: The administrative processes can be slow and sometimes confusing, which makes simple tasks more complicated than they should be. Also, the quality of classes depends a lot on the professor — with some, you learn a lot, while with others, not as much. I also feel the university could improve career guidance and job placement support for students after graduation.
Overall: I would recommend Universidad Latina to students who are looking for flexibility and a variety of programs. Just be ready to handle some challenges with administration and take initiative to make the most out of your studies and career opportunities.

It also has great schedules that allows people to work and study which is also a main point to recommend this university to most people.
View moreThe college experience was good. They had pretty good professors. At mid program they switch to a rule where you could not repeat with the same professor 3 times which was sad because some of them had amazing knowledge and adapted amazing to your learning style. It is one of the areas of opportunity they have. The teachers are not bad. I believe they should change their grading styles.

I think my major was still a little bit raw and had room for improvement.
It is not the cheapest but provides for great funding options and is a great choice for working people.
I studied here and I must say that the teaching was excellent, compared to other Central American countries, this is the best.
The teachers are well educated and experienced (if they know what they are doing).
The subjects of the career are good, such as cargo, logistics, physics, etc.
The location is good, and the surrounding businesses too.
