This university has taught me so many things, the professors are trained and have a lot of experience in research and projects throughout the Antioquia region, the subjects are very well chosen and structured and there are many resources and materials for students.

The University of Antioquia is a university that, despite being in a country as troubled as Colombia, where only in this presidential period education is seen as something necessary for advancement, has been an important bastion to be able to give it some progress. this country.
Regardless of what her background has been since the beginning, she lives with the natural contradiction of students from different social classes and even so, from these differences she generates knowledge for all students and for the benefit of the society that surrounds her, being a researcher in the south and Furthermore, being one of the few universities in Latin America, which is at the forefront of postgraduate courses, the only thing that could be said is that this university does fulfill, at least in the vast majority of cases, what Paulo Freire asked so much about liberating education.

I consider that the human, academic and experiential part of the university was very good. The campus is located in a strategic location and I gained experiences that have allowed me to perform professionally today.

The University of Antioquia is undoubtedly ranked among the best in the country in terms of its quality of education. Regarding university life, in my experience, the university is a representation of a city on a smaller scale since you find all kinds of people, environments and interests, and there is enormous diversity that enriches your academic process.

Although I’ve only been at the university for two weeks, I think there are public spaces that could be improved and the strikes are a great advantage. Otherwise, everything seemed excellent in terms of academic quality.

The physics programme is greatly known in Colombia as one of the best in the country and it’s no mistake. Universidad de Antioquia offers an excellent student life, great professors, and an excellent quality in theory and classes. The only thing to have in mind is both the facilities and the administrative dynamics that rule the institution. Strikes and protests are common and facilities’ lack of maintenance is clearly visible.

While I studied in the UdeA, I liked so much the experience and discipline of the teachers, and about the program, I found it very complete relative to my career. The campus is really big and has a lot of academic and sports facilities and green zones. My life as a student was very pleasant because I enjoyed it so much, even though the academic charge was heavy.
The only thing that the U has as a contra is the protests that interrupt classes because it is a public university. Also when that happened there was a really big insecurity perception in the atmosphere.

I like all the programs that they develop there all the students and teachers, in general, they’re very collab and pay attention to you they manage in a professional manner all the topics seeing I won’t change anything about this university because we allowed many people from many different cultures and any kinds it’s a really central university in the city of Medellin.
