My experience at UCEVA was positive overall. The program in Foreign Languages offered a solid foundation in English language teaching, linguistics, and cultural studies. I appreciated the commitment of several professors who were passionate about their subjects and supportive of students’ academic growth. The curriculum helped me develop not only language skills but also critical thinking and communication abilities that are valuable in professional environments.
However, like many public universities, there were some challenges regarding access to updated resources and administrative efficiency. Despite that, I found ways to overcome these obstacles and value the resilience and independence I gained during my studies. The school also provided opportunities for research and practical teaching experiences, which contributed greatly to my development.
