EIPM was founded in 1990 to create an European Executive Education and Training Center in Purchasing Education. It was created by top-leading companies and sponsored by the European Commission, the Rhône Alpes Region and the Haute Savoie department. EIPM's vision is to be the leading institute and preferred global supplier. Its mission to “serve clients to deploy knowledge in Purchasing & Supply Management to contribute to sustainable Value Creation for stakeholders“ follows EIPM through their business-focused training. EIPM currently has branches in Geneva and Shanghai and partnerships in Brazil, India, Mexico, North America, Poland and the United Arab Emirates. The Institute came up with a complete range of solutions to meet its international client's training and development needs in all of the industry and service sectors. Nowadays, EIPM trains more than 4000 purchasing professionals worldwide (in 9 different languages) in Europe and through its partnership branches. The unique Learning Center offers different certification programmes- Training Modules, Master of Science and an Executive MBA in Purchasing & Supply Management at the French Geneva and Shanghai campuses. Entry requirements: A university degree and a minimum of three years of working experience are required. Prospective students without a university degree are invited to apply if they have a working experience of at least eight years, as well as a position with responsibilities.
