at University of Waterloo

The University of Waterloo Arts Program is an excellent program that allows for flexibility and personalization of courses. In this program, you can major and minor or even double major in a variety of subjects. I have found that classes offered by the university colleges tend to be smaller in size and allow you to get to know your professors. The campus itself is large and there are many spaces and events to attend and use. The one downside to this university is the workload. You have to have a strong work ethic and spend many hours a day studying to achieve desired grades. The residence (particularly the university college) tends to be rundown and difficult to live in. Overall, the university’s academic offerings tend to be very easy to personalize and offer a high satisfaction of education. I have enjoyed my time at the University of Waterloo.
