Student review [#23213] for Molecular Biology

The best thing about UofT is how many opportunities are available for students to get involved. Whether that be through research, clubs, teaching, etc, UofT has a variety of options for everyone. Especially since it is an international school, getting to meet classmates from all around the world has been inspiring. However, the culture here could definitely use some improvement. Between students, there is a lot of competition and pressure to work constantly. Professors also do not seem to value students’ personal time, nor their own. I think the school could improve this by providing a welcoming environment and more accessible mental health services.
