Thompson Rivers University is located in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Kamloops is a mid-sized city known for its beautiful natural surroundings, including mountains and rivers The city also has a relatively low cost of living compared to larger urban centers in Canada. TRU’s MBA program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for leadership roles in various industries. The program offers a flexible schedule, including full-time and part-time options, to accommodate working professionals. It covers core business areas such as finance, marketing, and management. I personally opted for the 2 year MBA program and the faculty provided me with a guided plan to follow to ensure I complete my course. The curriculum emphasizes practical experience through projects, case studies and simulations which give you an idea as to how to approach a situation is a sequential and logical manner and there would be no explanation without a real life example to really help you hit home the concept being taught. Overall the campus of TRU is pretty much the hub of kamloops, it’s a small city everything is around campus ample on campus accommodation and the TRU faculty is there to help while at the same time give you freedom to choose how you wanna cater the course specifically to your need
