Student review [#38590] for Environmental Sciences

Overall I have a pretty neutral opinion of SFU, i think it has an equal amount of pros and cons for me personally. I like the environment of SFU, I think it is very welcoming. I also really like the location of the Burnaby campus specifically. However I do think SFU lacks study spaces on campus. They also have very little activities regarding student life that differ from academics. Another think I think SFU could improve on is helping students. I find when I reach out for help no matter the department whether to professors or advising a lot of my needs aren’t met and I often feel the same as before I seemed help. I would recommend SFU if you’re looking for a laid back university experience and if you don’t find student life important but if these are aspects you care about then I would look elsewhere.
