at McMaster University

Transferring into the renowned Health Sciences program at McMaster University was not something I believe would have ever happened to me. After spending my first year in the Life Sciences program, I was mentally preparing myself for how my undergraduate journey would look like. However, upon transferring into the BHSc program, it was evident the high quality of education offered by McMaster. The Health Sciences program takes an interdisciplinary approach, giving students a lot of autonomy to take control of their own education. Many classes are self-directed with immense support from professors and facilitators, and it gives students the space to grow and evolve on their own terms. Reapplying to the Health Sciences program has indefinitely been the best decision of my undergraduate career thus far.
