The most important reason for choosing this program is to make sure I can find a job that cannot be easily replaced by AI or Big Data. However, after 4 years of study, i realized that HR has no advantage over other field in business, even though it is a field of people.
In some countries like China, recruiters can easily access to the needed talents through a bank of resumes, by only entering the key words. This forces the entry level HR individuals to acquir more skills beyond HR to stay competitive in the market.
