Student review [#87426] for MBA
at Laurentian University

I was enrolled in LU last September in 2024, pursuing my MBA degree for a two-year program. I have received strong academic support here. I really like how logical and structured my project management professor is. And I can openly talk about my business ideas and marketing plans with my marketing professor, which is super helpful. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far!
The library has ample study spaces and cozy private rooms that make studying really productive. The gym is one of my go-to places — it’s well-equipped, and I’ve had so many energizing mornings there. What’s even more amazing is that the campus includes Lake Laurentian and a scenic three-hour hiking trail — perfect for soaking in nature and recharging.
While the campus has many great facilities, the food choices are fairly limited — aside from the main cafeteria, there’s only a Tim Hortons and a Subway. I also wish there were more opportunities to get involved in student clubs or campus activities, as it’s been a bit hard to find information about them.
