My experience at Douglas college has been largely positive. The professors are knowledgeable and bring real-world case studies into the classroom, which makes the lessons engaging. The course structure is well-organized and covers both theoretical and practical elements of international business, which I found very valuable.
One thing I appreciated most was the diversity in the classroom—students came from different cultural and professional backgrounds, which enriched discussions and group projects. The school also provides useful career resources and networking events that helped me prepare for the Canadian job market.
That said, I do think there’s room for improvement in administrative support, especially for international students. Sometimes communication regarding program changes or policy updates wasn’t as timely or clear as it could have been.
Overall, it’s a great institution for students looking to build a career in global business. I would recommend it to others, especially those who are proactive and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
