Hands On Experience
I am currently in the Digital Design and Development (part of the Media and Communications Science)program at BCIT. This program is very hands on, and it taught me many things from designing with coordinating my colours for UX/UI to coding hundreds of pages to create an application. One of my favourite things was when we were able to combine the different skills that we learnt, and use them together simultaneously. However, the downside of all this is that, every semester we have to take 7 courses, which can be very difficult at times.
