University of Yaounde 1 provided me with a comprehensive professional education in urban planning and development, despite the challenge of adapting to French language instruction as someone which is more English speaking. But giving that my country is bilingual i knew i could do it. The university offers knowledgeable faculty, diverse student body and practical learning opportunities. However, it also has limited resources and bureaucratic processes as well as the language system of learning is not balance as 80% of the courses are in french which is not proper for a university that says they offer bilingual education.
I will recommend this university to prospective students willing to adapt to a french speaking environment because it offers well-rounded education and the faculty is committed to helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.

I am not very happy with this institution because as a Mother of Universities in Cameroon it’s not acceptable that there is no potable Water for Students, The food of University restaurant is not consistent in terms of vitamins.
