Tough on the outside, soft on the inside
It is Bulgaria’s most renowned university and a signature for quality higher education. But it is also far from its best days. I expected all lectures to be seriously and regularly delivered – does not happen. I expected good facilities where you can work on projects, study and have the needed information – does not have them. I expected lecturers who WANT to teach you something – did not get them. I rely on self-education and am looking for internship opportunities myself. Still, people look at you with respect when you graduate. I would not recommend it to a friend, nor to an enemy.
