I think the University and the programs at the different faculties are pretty good, but what is missing (at least the faculty at which I am studying) is that in a lot of courses we are dealing with “outdated” technologies.
View moreUniversity is generally good, but lacks interactive studies and professors who are interested in studies.
Some faculties don’t have enough staff for lecturing.
Organisation is also a very poor and not developed.
On this faculty you will learn all details about engineering even if you don’t need to, but it is worth after finishing your bachelor degree you will have guaranteed job with nice paycheck for this area of world.
View moreThe first good thing about studying at the UniBL is being close to my hometown. Second thing, the Faculty of Philosophy is like a second home to me. Professors are kind, always ready to help and even to ask you (for no reason) is everything okay, what are your plans, etc. Interaction between professors and students are always highly professional, they accelerate our professional and personal development. Exchange programs and similar opportunities to develop more are also very good. Even if we know that there’s no bright future in our country with our future professional occupations, we enjoy studying at the Faculty of Philosophy. I think that this faculty is preparing us for life and for giving the best of us doing scientific work. Long story short, Faculty of Philosophy in my opinion is a great “springboard” for earning knowledge and getting ready to achieve big goals.
View moreThe up side is that you will learn all the nitty gritty details and will probably have a very good understanding of the essentials of all technologies that are in the curriculum. The down side is that it is quite disorganized and that there is no literatury specific to courses. Also the studies are harder than those in neighbouring universities. On the bright side, you prettymuch have a guaranteed job when you get to third year, if you want it.
