The University of Tuzla is one of the largest universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and thus one of the largest number of students. UNTZ students come from different parts of BiH but also in the surrounding. Unfortunately, the University has only a few agreements on co-operation with other universities, which means that students have little or no chance to go to other institutions, so the opportunities for research and new theories are very small and it means that student mobility is minimized. In addition. Also, the University’s Departments or Universities do not provide sufficient hours of practical tuition in the schools for which the students are studying. This later reflects on the ability of students to independently and conscientiously dedicate themselves to find a job and / or dedication to career advancement.
