In many cases, professors lacked practical experience, resulting in a failure to deliver lessons that effectively incorporate real-world applications and hands-on knowledge. This gap in experience diminishes the relevance of the curriculum, especially in fields like engineering, where practical skills are crucial. Additionally, it seems counterproductive to assess students in engineering through traditional memory-based exams, as these do not adequately measure their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems. A more practical approach to evaluation would better align with the demands of the profession.
