Student review [#100410] for Veterinary Medicine
at Sher-E-Bangla Agricultural University - SAU

As it’s the oldest Agricultural Institution from Bangladesh. But established as University since 2001. It have 4 faculties and offers 4 degrees. Degrees are:
1. B.Sc. Agriculture
2. B.Sc. Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry
3. B.Sc. Fisheries
4. B.Sc. Agriculture Economics

I’ve completed my Undergraduate studies from Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. And after completion of B.Sc. Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, I got myself admitted into M.Sc. under Department of Pathology.
I’ve great interest at research works. Finding out pathogens, causes behind it and continued mutation and way of remedies from it. And my University offer opportunities at doing these.
Though it wasn’t such easy. Previously we had lackings of Veterinary Hospital, Laboratory facilities. But currently it’s well organized than before but still there’s a lot to improve.
Our University have great resident facilities. Also it’s very well greenery which is beyond thinking at Capital city like Dhaka. Political interruptions have been also decreased from before and I really appreciate it.

Classroom facilities are insufficient as student numbers are increasing day by day. Many departments lacking Professors, so skilled manpower are must needed for it.
