My journey at Trinity College Dublin has been as expected so far. I have been exposed to many new ideas, concepts, and ways of thinking that help me shape and advance my knowledge in Human Resource Management. In addition, the coursework itself is really up to date, one of the main reasons I chose this program at this University. To be more specific, it is among the very few master’s programs in Europe, if not the only one, that offers a course in HR Digitalisation & Analytics. That is a sought-after skill in today’s organisations. Furthermore, the professors try to facilitate critically engaging conversations within the class by having open-ended discussions on what is challenging the HR community today.
