Baku State University provides strong theoretical knowledge, especially in fields like international relations. The academic staff is knowledgeable, and the curriculum covers important global topics. However, one major drawback is the lack of practical training and real-world application. There are limited opportunities for internships, workshops, or skills-based learning, which can be a challenge for students who want hands-on experience. I believe the university should focus more on connecting theory with practice to better prepare students for their careers. Despite this, it is a respected institution, and I would recommend it to those who are self-motivated and willing to seek additional experience outside of classes.

One example of this is the eco-friendly greenhouse located on campus. In addition to academic development, the university also values student involvement in volunteer work. For this purpose, the “BSU Volunteers” organization operates actively. However, one of the university’s weakest points is that it lags behind some other universities in terms of technological advancement.
