JoseARGood place to study E technology in BA.Undoubtedly Buenos Aires is a big city with many options in terms of higher education, but the Technological Institute is undoubtedly the best option (in my opinion) to study everything related to technology.
I studied computer and data engineering, the experience was great. The teachers are qualified, the facilities are acceptable, and the classmates were very supportive.

StudentThe best university of engineering in academic mattersI think ITBA is the best engineering college. Not only do you have excellent teachers who dedicate 100% to teaching in the best way, but also prepare you for work, to work under pressure, to have little time to make deliveries, among many other things. The university building is not very good, but luckily it is remodeling over time. It is quite expensive but has many scholarship programs. I recommend it.
