LSE is without doubt a very good school. For master’s students, you better be prepared for the large amount of reading, and the learning pace is very fast. Not suitable for slackers. Master’s programmes generally last for one or two years. The one-year pragramme is intensive (although some are less intensive than others, say media), particularly if you are doing a course that is different from your undergraduate major.
