American University in Dubai - AUD (reviews)

This university is a great community with caring and detailed teachers. They know all the students by name and the small class sizes make it for a better attentive work environment. The cafeteria food is good and diverse and there is also a Starbucks on campus. The students are very friendly and welcoming, although a bit superficial. Even though the campus is small it’s easy to find like-minded people. The academics are incredible, especially the Arabic teachers. There is a Mcdonald’s right next to the campus which makes it fun to do with friends in between classes. The classes are always reasonably timed and flow well. The campus is very diverse with people from all over the world. Good experience.

All the staff who work here are friendly and helpful. Security are always quick to come if you lock yourselves out and most faults are dealt with quickly (although this is not always the case unfortunately). There are two common rooms and they are in good condition. The office can accept deliveries for you. The location is great and central.

It was interesting and I felt I progressed further than I thought possible. With the help of the study skills department The college allowed me all the access I needed and the small scale of the college provided a family atmosphere. I feel confident to take my career in a new direction.

I loved the experience of going out to lunch around the city spots close to College, the help available for in classes and around Campus or on trips. Wonderful, loved every moment. All the lecturers were helpful always. They were always a massive help and always helped us further our ideas
