As a university I have heard only good things, but I have to say that the customer service is TERRIBLE, I have been trying to contact UOC for two weeks through the form and indicating that they call me at a time when I am not working and even the first time When they called me, I indicated it, and they told me that there was no problem that they could call me until 9 p.m. Today they call me at any time except the time I requested and thus there is no way to inform me of absolutely anything. Because they don’t have any number to call and they don’t respond to any email.
If anyone from the UOC reads these reviews PLEASE CALL ME at the time I have requested 5 times.
