Hacettepe University was founded in 1967. It is one of the best universities of Turkey. Hacettepe University has two main campuses. The first is located in the old town of Ankara and hosts the medical centre, and the second is Beytepe Campus where I study, 13 km from the city centre. Beytepe Campus covers 5.877.628 m2 of green land and woodland outside the city, hosts many of the major faculties. Beside s, our university has 14 faculties, 14 graduate schools and institutes, 2 applied centres, 1 conservatory, 5 vocational schools, and 105 research and application centres. Total number of the students of the university is 49,582. Medium of instruction is not just Turkish but also English, French and German. You can learn any other languages by choosing elective courses. There are lots of student clubs and societies where you can find your own interest.
