Poor organization and lack of resources

The Complutense University of Madrid is the historical university not only of Madrid, but of all of Spain and, despite this, suffers from a tremendous carelessness. The facilities are in some cases in terrible condition; Although the teaching staff is possibly the best that can be found, the bad administrative management and the nonsense curricula mean that they can not be used well and this causes discouragement of the students, in many cases. It's a shame; It's like everything in the history of Spain: a broken hope.

Interesting experience.
Comlutense University is famous for its history all over the Europe, but, frankly speaking, when you come there you see modern buildings, a lot of graffities outside and inside. The faculty of Political and Social Science is really sepcific and there you can easily feel freedom of actions and behavior (a little bit strange for us, Russians, to see something like this in the walls of the university).
Quality of education is pretty good, you can contact with professors if there are some questions or difficulties.
So, in general, it was interesting experience and to feel real Spanish spirit welcome to Complutense.
