Given the fact that I started my program during a pandemic, in the beginning, it was hard to blend in. Professors were amazing during this time, I’ve always felt like we could reach them as easily as we would if we were an in-person class. In my second year, which is the one I’m currently taking, everything just feels a lot easier. No more online classes, student life is just starting to be a thing again and it feels much easier now to be in the classes, having much more direct contact with the teachers and the other students. Facilities have always been great. FEP is quite big, very easy to understand the room plan. The location is good, grocery shops and restaurants close by, near the Sao Joao hospital. The closest station to the underground is 5 min away walking. The underground system is pretty okay. Internationality is good, I was able to meet some Erasmus students but it’s not a very common thing in FEP. Last but not least, the career prospects are amazing since FEP is one of the most valuable public universities of economics in Portugal.

Overall the best faculty of economics in Portugal. Although in comparison with another university’s the facilities could be better, it compensates by the experience of the teachers,by the students and academic organizations and more importantly by the fact that it’s a nationalwide renowned faculty where all the best companies come to select there future employes.
