I joined Mount Kenya University a very scared little girl, who had little to no knowledge about the place. It was in a new town, meaning I was meeting new people, weather and experiences all together.
Like the motto of the campus, “unlocking infinite possibilities” I was able to find myself without getting consumed by the experiences. I was able to make friends, something that I had been struggling with, able to be independent and also found out what I am passionate about.
Other than have a social life, I received high quality education not only in the books, but also about life in general. I really enjoyed classes, the lecturers did their best to make them as interactive as possible to eliminate boredom.
