The university even though is meant to train teachers has some years diverted from it core mandate pf training teachers. There are so many challenges in the school with regards to release of students result for an academic year. Results sometimes delays unnecessarily. The school has facilities which are not enough for growing population of the school. The lecturers and students are discipline in terms of academics

During our laboratory safety and first aid class, i was taught how to stop bleeding of a student who has been injured. Stopping bleeding is a skill which needs to be learnt. I would recommend the university to anyone who wishes to study there.

Sporting activities are an integral part of the co-curricular activities and as such various departments in the school. We engaged in 200m, 100m and 5000m races in the interdepartmental sporting activities.

In my mechanics physics class , I used software in a computer to analyze the speed and velocity of a moving car in order to determine the distance the objects can cover within a specific period of time. Physics was interesting. I recommend the department of physics education to individuals who wants to study in the university

During anatomy of mammals lessons, I was made to dissect a rabbit in order to identify the various organs in the mammal and how they function. I would like to recommend the course to anyone who wishes to study in the university

The home economics department have the best recipe for people with different ailments including hypertension, diabetes type 2 and other disease conditions. Students patronize their cafeteria for the meals. Most students enjoy eating from the cafeteria due to the high nutritional content of their meals

The university is full of constant errors and worries. Their inability to publish students result is one of the things i don’t like about the university. Sometimes result of previous semester might change on the portal due reasons best known to the management of the school

The university provides mentorships to students and young lecturers in various department. This mentorship bridges the gap between the field work and the academia. More seminars are done for the masters students. I would therefore recommend the university to anyone
